Healthfab, the Bengaluru-based femtech D2C (direct-to-consumer) startup, has raised Rs 2.17 crores in a seed funding round. The round was led by Singapore-based BeyondSeed. The angel investors, Goh Ee Fann and Abhijit Datta, were also seen participating in the round.
Healthfab, a startup company, was founded in 2019 by Kiriti Acharjee, the Co-Founder of the company. The founders had a motive to facilitate affordable solutions for a healthy and sustainable human life. The company’s flagship product is named GoPadFree™. The company is India’s first standalone reusable period panty that brings comfort to women and also creates a plastic-free society. While using these panties, one need not carry any other menstrual products such as sanitary pads, tampons, or cups.
Overall customer base and monthly revenue has risen 5 times from the last financial year.
