Rashmi Daga is the founder & CEO of Fresh Menu which is a Bengaluru-based company that facilitates an online food delivery service. Fresh Menu has the vision to deliver freshly prepared food to your home or office desk. If we talk about the education of Rashmi, she is an IIM- A graduate. Prior to the foundation of her food company she was dedicated to – education, jewelry, IT, medical, and cab services. Rashmi had also served as a Sales Head at India’s most popular Cab Aggregator and Ridesharing Company, OlaCabs.

Rashmi completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Indian Institutes of Management, Ahmedabad. Rashmi also served in a start-up in the year 2011, later she bootstrapped a start-up. Daga always dreamt about owning her own listed company.

Fresh Menu focuses on delivering ‘fresh’ food. There were a variety of menus every day like burgers, salads, sandwiches, desserts, and set meals, and the cuisine includes Continental, Asian, Lebanese, Mediterranean, and Italian.

Fresh Menu was designed to offer tasty and healthy food packages to its customers. The Fresh Menus online food delivery service provides a range of meal packages for lunch and dinner with various cuisines like Italian, Indian, Mexican, Chinese, American, Thai, among others. This was enabling customers to order online and enjoy tasty and healthy foods through their mobile application.

A few days back, the company introduced Keto-friendly as well as LCHF meals. The idea behind this was to deliver chef-prepared fresh food. Today Fresh Menu delivers its food to around 30,000 customers per day and enjoys a pan-India presence – in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi NCR.

In terms of orders, the platform serves up to 12,000 orders a day. FreshMenu has multiple satellite kitchens and each kitchen is served within a 5 kilometers radius. FreshMenu is generating revenue of INR 72 crore.
